解决方法

printf '%s\n' '#!/bin/bash' 'exit 0' | sudo tee -a /etc/rc.local
sudo chmod +x /etc/rc.local

重新安装

sudo ./MotionPro_Linux_Ubuntu_x86-64_1.2.1.sh

成功
